HOW TO ORDER PRODUCTS?

To make a purchase simply click on the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page. To start the payment process, click your "CART" button and you will be instructed through the process of how to PAY SECURELY. If you have any issues at all, please contact us at klara@soklara.com and we will assist you.

WHICH DELIVERY SERVICE DOES SO KLARA USE?

We currently use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery for most UK orders. For international orders we select the most competitive courier to give you the best rate.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. However, if you experience any difficulties please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Please note, feather pads are bulky and expensive to ship outside of the UK so all International cushion orders are sent without pads.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?

All prices are in pounds sterling. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your credit card company when your account is debited.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment securely through PayPal and Stripe payment gateway. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards and uses the highest level of encryption and date security to ensure your details are protected. Stripe securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?

We do not deliver to any PO BOX addresses for security reasons.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please email us at klara@soklara.com in accordance with our terms and conditions. You may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, unwashed and with their original packaging.

Return address will be attached on the back of the postal packaging.

All returns must include a copy of the invoice so we have your complete order and contact information.

Due to Health & Safety reasons we cannot allow customers to drop off their items to our office under any circumstances.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED?

All of our SO KLARA designs are created by Klara in her London studio.

Our cushions, textiles and Giclee Art Prints are crafted in Britain.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SO KLARA CUSHION?

We strongly advise Dry clean only or alternatively delicate wash max 40 Degrees using mild detergent/ do not use bleach/ iron on reverse

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SO KLARA SCARF?

Follow the care instructions on the label.

Choose a reputable dry cleaner that cleans silk separately.

Avoid exposing your silk scarf under direct sunlight. The UV rays might discolour the delicate fabric. Your silk scarf can also be damaged by rain or if in contact with liquids that contain chlorine or alcohol.

Gently fold and store your SO KLARA scarf in its original gift box or place it in breathable container. Line the box with acid-free tissue paper for long-term storage.

Be aware that wearing sharp jewellery can damage your silk scarf by pulling its delicate fibres.

WHAT DOES HAND-ROLL HEM MEAN?

A hand-rolled silk scarf has been sewn by tightly rolling the edge of the fabric and stitching down by hand. The process is very laborious and intricate.

Please, be careful not to flatten the rolled edges on SO KLARA silk scarf, for they are hallmarks of excellent workmanship.

WHAT ARE BESPOKE GOODS?

Bespoke goods are any goods specifically personalised and/or tailored to your specifications.
