I FEEL YOU — Original Monoprint

I FEEL YOU is about connection — that quiet, instinctive feeling of understanding someone without needing them to explain everything.

I’m fascinated by the invisible connections between people: the moments when we recognise something in another person, sense what they are feeling, or simply feel that someone truly sees us.

I wanted to explore that emotional space through abstract marks and layered gestures. Forms come together, overlap and move apart, creating a sense of presence and interaction without telling a literal story.

The work developed intuitively through the monoprinting process, allowing pressure, movement and chance to shape the image. The marks retain something of the physical gesture that created them — expressive, immediate and human.

For me, I FEEL YOU is ultimately about empathy, closeness and being seen. It is a piece about the things we communicate without words.

Created for those who are drawn to original art with emotion, personality and a deeper sense of connection, this work can bring warmth and feeling to a thoughtfully considered interior.
