CARNIVAL is about joy, movement and the freedom to express yourself fully.

Inspired by the extraordinary colour, rhythm and energy of Rio de Janeiro's Carnival, this artwork grew from the feeling of being surrounded by music, movement, people and colour — where everything feels a little more alive.

I wanted the design to have that same sense of spontaneity and celebration. Expressive abstract forms move across the surface in vibrant, layered colour, creating a piece that feels energetic, playful and impossible to ignore.

For me, colour has always been closely connected to emotion. CARNIVAL is about that moment when you stop being careful and simply allow yourself to enjoy colour for what it is — bold, joyful and full of life.

At 50 × 50 cm, it makes a confident statement on a sofa, bed or favourite chair. It works beautifully as a single burst of colour or within a richer, more layered interior where different patterns, textures and artworks are allowed to come together.

I love creating pieces for people who don't want their homes to look like everyone else's. The most interesting interiors have personality — they tell you something about the person who lives there.

Made in Britain from premium linen, CARNIVAL is printed on both sides and finished with piped edges and a concealed zip.
